Not only do we monitor ByProxy transactions very closely, purchases made on ByProxy are protected with PayPal buyer protection. In the unlikely event that your item does not arrive or arrives significantly not as described, PayPal will investigate the case to determine if your money should be fully refunded.

2. If a resolution cannot be made, simply go to the PayPal resolution center. If you have a problem with a transaction or have not received the item, a PayPal dispute must be opened within 90 days of the purchase date. From here, you can communicate directly with the seller to resolve any issues.
3. If you are unable to resolve the dispute, escalate the claim within 20 days of initiating the PayPal dispute. PayPal will look into this case. If they decide in your favor, a full refund including shipping will be made.
